for keeps is made by Carry One Creations in Las Piñas City. Here is how to reach us and fix the usual things.
Your order
Every order is in the app. Open for keeps and tap the bag at the top right to see where your card is and when it should arrive.
Wrong or damaged? Open the order in the app and tap “Wrong or damaged?”. Add one photo of the card. A remake is free within 7 days of delivery, and we print it again from your saved photos.
Changed phones? At the foot of Orders, tap “Find an order” and enter the order number with the email or mobile number you paid with.
Your account
You sign in with your email and a six-digit code. There is no password to forget. If a code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for a new one.
You can make and save keeps without an account. Sign in to back them up.
Delete an account, from the app or on the web.
Privacy and takedowns
Read Privacy in for keeps. To ask us to take down a keep, a link or an example shown in Ideas, use the report form. You don’t need an account.
We answer privacy questions and takedown requests within 24 hours.
Child safety
for keeps by Carry One prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming and material that depicts, promotes or facilitates abuse. This applies to keeps shown to others, shared links and birthday video greetings.
When we become aware of prohibited material, we will block or remove access, ban the accounts responsible, and report it to the DOJ Office of Cybercrime as required by Republic Act No. 11930. We preserve relevant material and account and traffic records securely for the periods the law requires, including applicable legal holds.
To raise a child-safety concern, use the report form. No account is needed. Send the link and enough information to identify the concern; do not download, screenshot, copy or forward the material. You can also contact Carry One.
